Pearl Dental Group has deep roots in the Hilliard community, with a history of providing dental care dating back to 1923. That year, Wendell Dean Postle, a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, opened his dental practice and established the foundation for a family-focused approach to dentistry in Central Ohio.
The practice continued through the Postle family for three generations. Wendell’s son, Harry Herbert Postle II, carried on his father’s commitment to comprehensive, relationship-focused dental care. In 1986, the third generation, Dr. Herb Postle, joined the practice and continued serving patients and families in Hilliard.
In 2021, leadership transitioned to Dr. Lisa Briceland-Kolp and Dr. Michael Willman, who continue the practice’s focus on conservative treatment planning, high clinical standards, and long-term patient relationships.
In 2026, Postle Dental Group became Pearl Dental Group. While our name changed, our doctors, team, Hilliard location, and commitment to personalized dental care remained the same. Today, Pearl Dental Group continues a legacy of local dental care that spans more than 100 years.
